Sleep Training Services

Our sleep training program is tailored to meet your specific goals. Call for a free consultation!

The Moonflower Program $2500

(designed specifically for babies who are physically ready to sleep through the night, typically aged 6-12 months)

• 2 hour in home evaluation
• 1 parent training session
• Custom tailored sleep plan
• 3 overnights with your doula on site, providing on hand sleep training, guidance and support
• Parents not required for first 2 nights

The Gardenia Program $750

(for babies who are not physically ready to sleep through the night, in order to bring their strengths and skills up to the level of a baby who is ready to sleep through the night)

• 2 hour in home evaluation
• 1 parent training session
• 4 hour baby readiness evaluation
• Custom tailored preparedness plan

Antepartum and Postpartum Doula Services

Ante and Postpartum doula services ala carte

• Daytime rate (8:00am – 4:00pm)  – $43.00/hr
• Overnight rate (4:00pm – 8:00am) – $45.00/hr

Distance Support Specials

Weekly Support Package: $300 per month

• Access to your professional doula via telephone, email and text
• Have your concerns heard and options discussed
• Includes 3 scheduled telephone calls or emails or text conversations each week for up to 1 hour each contact
• Includes unscheduled emergency contact as needed

Quarterly Support Package: $750 for 3 months

• Access to your professional doula via telephone, email and text
• Have your concerns heard and options discussed
• Includes 3 scheduled telephone calls or emails or text conversations each week for up to 1 hour each contact

Childbirth Education Courses

Breastfeeding Seminar

• $195 for a private lesson
• $170 for a shared lesson (Take your class with another couple!)
• Price includes one postpartum visit with doula for practical in person support

The Complete Birth

• $349 for private lessons
• $249 for shared lessons (Take your class with another couple!)
• $50 discount to any couple who refers a friend that also registers.  All participants in this course also receive a $100 discount on any birth/labor doula services.

The Complete Birth Refresher

• Shutdown Special: Take this course via zoom for $125!
